Calling all Journalists!

Did you know that Dwyer is implementing a Journalism Club responsible for creating and maintaining a unique, student-driven, collaborative school newspaper?!  The primary goal of the student newspaper will be to communicate school culture and happenings, as well as to entertain.  The Dwyer Journalism Staff of volunteers will design, manage, create, and maintain the newspaper as an extracurricular activity after school.  If you are interested in being a member of our journalistic team, please stop by the library or school office to pick up a “Dwyer Journalism Club” informational packet which will provide a brief overview of the program.  You may also contact Mrs. Coleman or Mrs. Hernandez for further information.  Don’t delay as we are in the process of designing the paper and would love to hear your ideas. 

Our next meeting will be Thursday, January 10, 2008  from 1:30 – 2:30 in the school library.  We hope to see you there!
